Welcome to Driveshaft Parts USA LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. Pricing & Sales Tax


  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude Florida sales tax (7%), unless stated otherwise.
  • Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within Florida unless a valid resale certificate is provided.


2. Order Confirmation & Validation


  • Orders placed through our website or by phone are subject to review and acceptance.
  • We will confirm your order via email or telephone once it has been processed.


3. Payment Methods


We accept the following payment options:


  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Delta, and Maestro.
  • Checks: Payable to Driveshaft Parts USA LLC and sent to:
    Driveshaft Parts, 3731 NE 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334.
  • Wire Transfers: Available for wholesale or bulk orders (contact us for details).
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.


4. Shipping & Delivery


  • We ship via FedEx and USPS for reliable and fast delivery.
  • Orders placed before 3 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day, subject to stock availability.
  • Standard delivery time for in-stock items is 2-3 business days within the U.S.
  • If we cannot meet the expected shipping timeframe, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative. If unsatisfactory, you may request a cancellation or full refund.
  • International Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs clearance delays may impact delivery times.
  • Driveshaft Parts cannot be held responsible for delayed or late delivery.


5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty


5.1 Standard Return Policy


  • You may return an item within 30 days of invoice, except for special-order items.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
  • Returns after 30 days may be accepted by prior authorization only, but will incur a 20% restocking fee.


5.2 Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders


  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


5.3 Warranty & Faulty Items


  • If you suspect a product is faulty, contact us to arrange testing.
  • If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
  • If the item is found not to be faulty, a 20% restocking fee may apply, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Damaged CV joint boots automatically void any warranty claims.


5.4 How to Return an Item


  1. Contact us at info@driveshaftparts.com or call (954) 561-9540 to initiate a return.
  2. Ship the item to:
    Returns Department, Driveshaft Parts, 3731 NE 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice inside the package.


6. Product Information & Images


  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, minor variations in color, design, or fitment may occur.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the part is compatible with their vehicle before purchase.
  • If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before ordering.


7. Privacy & Data Security


  • Your personal information is kept confidential and secure.
  • We do not sell or share your details with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment.
  • Our website uses SSL encryption for secure transactions.


8. Liability Disclaimer


  • Driveshaft Parts USA LLC is not liable for installation errors, incidental damages, or improper use of products.
  • Professional installation is recommended for all parts.


9. Governing Law


  • All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Florida courts.
